The most relevant anthocyanins are delphinidin and cyanidin-based anthocyanins, including delphinidin-3-sambubioside (hibiscin), cyanidin-3-sam- bubioside (gossypicianin), cyanidin-3,5-diglucoside and delphinidin (anthocyanidin).
