With care and discretion, the Ombudsman’s Office analyzes and directs comments to the management areas and monitors the resolution of each case. It is important to highlight that all contacts that reach the Ombudsman are treated with confidentiality.
We also receive consultations, praise, and suggestions that contribute to the evolution of our processes and to narrow and strengthen the relationship with customers.
